I made these tonight!

I wanted to mess around a bit, I almost never do it, and I came up with this simple dish, a sort of appetizer, which for me was a dinner, I would even say satisfying!

I took three hard-boiled eggs, cut them in half and removed the yolk, putting it aside in a bowl. Then I added tuna to the yolk, a few teaspoons of mayonnaise and mixed everything with a fork.

I stuffed the egg whites with this filling and spread the rest on crackers.

The result was a simple but satisfying meal!

I still manage in the kitchen, it has always been a passion of mine, especially the preparation of desserts.
